Agazyme is an biotech company that develops specialized enzymes for industrial use. Its first product is AGALI, a novel alkaline alpha galactosidase designed to replace today’s costly and polluting chemical-based processes for the production of premium soy products. Use of AGALI will reduce the cost of processing soy products for the food and feed industry and enable the elimination of waste processing from commercial products.

Agazyme's enzyme effectively catalizes the chemical conversion of non-digestible oligosaccharides into simple digestible sugars. AGALI is derived from melon and is naturally suited for its use in the industry. It is inhibited neither by its products nor substrates and works in the neutral to alkaline pH range, enabling its simple and seamless use in industrial soy processing. The use of the product is expected to improve the acceptability of soy-derived foods and beverages and increase their market share. It will also reduce the costs of veterinarian feed.
