Plexicure

PlexiCure is developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of cancer. The antibodies are aimed at novel targets involved in tumor angiogenesis and proliferation. Inhibition of the targets by the antibodies  will result in two different and complementary anti-cancer effect: inhibition of cancer cell proliferation  and inhibition of blood vessel formation, thus shutting down the tumor`s nutrient and oxygen supply and blocking tumor growth.
